This week I sat down with Winston Salem band, Hey Revolver, for a delicious lunch of lasagna thanks to Jon's wife (and garlic bread, thanks to Jon and Harris Teeter), and of course the story of how they became a band (don't worry, we ate prior to recording, not while). In addition to their individual stories, we also talk about stealing music, Prince as a prom date, the importance of not being a douchebag if you play mandolin, North Carolina Underground podcast, feeding the hungry, and more! We also get into how being punk and being a pastor can coexist and how they're really not that much different. I must note, I was really impressed with how much chemistry this band has for the short amount of time they've known each other, and how it makes for a really fun listen... enjoy!
